Thank you for shopping at Ledgershop. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery timeframes, and related terms for orders placed on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation and payment verification. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information where available.

Please note: During peak seasons, promotional periods, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. We will notify you promptly of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and select international destinations as specified at checkout. If your location is not available for selection during checkout, please contact us at rogerwilson5755@outlook.com to inquire about shipping options.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs clearance procedures, and other factors beyond our control.

Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the UAE and the destination country.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping destination, and the selected shipping method. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Promotional Free Shipping: From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Terms and conditions of such promotions will be specified at the time of the offer.

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

All international orders, including those shipped to the UAE, may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • UAE Customers: Orders imported into the UAE may be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate and customs duties assessed by UAE Customs. The courier will typically contact you to arrange payment of any applicable fees before delivery.

  • International Customers: Please consult your local customs authority for information on applicable duties and taxes.

Refusal to Pay Customs Fees: If a shipment is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees, the order will not be refunded, and any return shipping costs incurred by Ledgershop will be deducted from any eligible refund.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

7. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reputable international carriers to ensure reliable delivery. The specific carrier used for your order will be selected at our discretion based on the destination, package weight, and service availability. Carriers we may use include, but are not limited to, Aramex, DHL, FedEx, Emirates Post, and other regional courier services.

8. Delivery Issues

8.1 Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Ledgershop is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.

8.2 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors, family members, or building management to see if the package was accepted on your behalf.

  2. Check around your property, including mailrooms, reception areas, and secure drop-off locations.

  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to open an investigation.

Ledgershop is not liable for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen. We recommend selecting a secure delivery address where someone is available to receive the package.

8.3 Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives with visible external damage, please do not accept the delivery and immediately notify the carrier. If you discover damage after accepting the delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence of the damaged package and product. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.

9. Force Majeure and Delays

Ledgershop shall not be held liable for any delay, failure to deliver, loss, or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to:

  • Customs clearance delays or inspections.

  • Carrier operational disruptions or strikes.

  • Natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or epidemics.

  • War, civil unrest, or acts of terrorism.

  • Government regulations, import restrictions, or sanctions.

In the event of a Force Majeure occurrence, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide updated delivery estimates where possible. You may also have the option to cancel your order for a full refund if the delay exceeds thirty (30) days from the original estimated delivery date.

10. UAE Consumer Protection Notice

This Shipping Policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws in the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Decree-Law No. 5 of 2023 on Consumer Protection. Nothing in this policy shall deprive you of any statutory rights that cannot be waived or limited by agreement under UAE law.
